Good afternoon!
My grandson and I went to North Missouri last weekend to do our yearly restoration work in one of our family cemeteries. We had to give Sunday a pass and load up as the forecast was 96° with 92% humidity and a 117° heat index. Here's a before and after of one of our projects this year. I know that they had been in their previous condition for at least 60 years.

Last nights adventure..
This little fella and his mama was in a bad way.
He was oversized and backwards..

But we were able to get him pulled out and to our surprise, he was still alive and blinking..

So after a little slapping and rolling around, we got him breathing.. then mama came to life and tried to kill John.. Lol..

But good to go this morning..

Sticking a piece of straw or something up a nostril usually gets their attention to breathe. Old dairy farmer's tip.
