400 miles from me

400 miles from there Google states. City willing to pay for this endeavor? Or do they expect from kindness of heart (polytickshuns haven't got that ) or to take advantage of susceptibility for free advertisements lol.
To haul a bandsaw large enough for that mucho problemo. How large a dual powered cannon bar long enough to slab the center of that log. How close to center might a 6' bar get with a cut of 68" on an Alaskan rig? That's in my inventory with ported 661 for pulling chain round that bar. Then ship center section to nearest BS mill with the reach for finer finish close to center.
I'm a bit excited, since the cancer screen showed NO Cancer to Oncologist or radiologist earlier today. And am thinking plans above my capability just now.
Fantastic news Mr. Tony!

It’s too early & dewy to be raking hay, there is a deer antler in the rear tire on the mowing tractor. No idea when the repair guy will be here but it definitely won’t be before 8:00.
Sounds kinda Monday ish.....

It's 55° here... just a beautiful morning.

Good morning everybody!

Good morning all. 64 currently this morning going to 91 or so at the out of town place.

Good morning.

Coffee, an apple & more coffee.
Sounds like a great idea had to go pick a couple, I could get accustomed to that kind of a routine.

Yummy. These would make a great pie or apple butter...

The repair guy will be here “after dinner”, whenever that is. So I will either get to mow start mowing my patches of hay this afternoon or start tomorrow morning. My brother & cousin are raking & baling so at least something is getting done.

Yesterday was the last day to mow the crp for hay so at least we got most of it buzzed off.

Just finished working on the steering column in my ‘89. Had to replace a common to break part that’s made out of pot metal deep in the column. So while I’m in there I go ahead and replace another $150 worth of other things. But it starts now from the key instead of from the solenoid with a wrench.
More importantly it hasn’t caught fire either.
Yet.
