I don't mind filing the chains on the pole saw and th 201. They're short and don't need sharpened too often. The rest of the saws are why I want a grinder.Partner lost spark.[emoji21]
Ran and cut good last evening.
And, 'rocked' the pole saw chain on the garage floor dinking with it.[emoji20]
The only thing that concerns me about the straw bales is, as the cellulose fiber breaks down in the straw, it supposedly binds up nitrogen, only to release it later once decomposition is done. You old guys go down late and get up early!
Were building a greenhouse to do a straw bale garden. Works quite well and no weeds to deal with. The bale rots and the plants flourish.
I wear a 7 and 5/8" myself...
Dinner is late tonight. Got some burgers on the grill right now. Sam is making pasta salad.

Anybody know what model Jonsred this is?
No, the break down process is very similar to wood so you don't need to add dirt. A shot of miracle grown never hurts, but it's not strictly necessary. The only thing that concerns me about the straw bales is, as the cellulose fiber breaks down in the straw, it supposedly binds up nitrogen, only to release it later once decomposition is done.
Tomatoes are "heavy feeders", and is the fertilizer bump needed as the straw breaks down.. ???
Or is straw break down much different than wood break down?
And does a person add dirt to the bale to aid in transplant for the new plant?
Devestated. No other words for it.Well, I was going to go fishing
