Cobey, you meet a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck.
With a cattle guard and strobe light on top.

Will have to see what funds will allow.
Dad has a early international
4x4 it needs some door hardware , and restored
Idk, I like the deisel trucks
But they cost more than my
Total combined assets
Are worth

I understand. My '02 F-350 has been a money pit and still needs about 3-5K to get it where I want it to be from reliability and capability standpoints.

Done a lot to the old 72 Chevy

Mine needs some electrical odds and ends, a bit of exterior and interior love, a rebuilt transfer case, resealed rear axle/fixed park brake, a different bed and a Gear-Vendors under/overdrive. I'll still be better off and less money than a newer truck with the same or more problems, same or more miles and more money...

OK gentlemen, got a question for all of you string trimmer experts.....got an old Stihl curved shaft
trimmer that I have had since new and it has served me well over the years.
I am loosing patience with loading the autocut factory Stihl head. Thought about converting over
to the Speed-Feed bump head for the fact of fast easy reloading of the head.
Have any of you used this replacement head? Is it worth converting too?
Thanks in advance for the help!
P.S. glad to hear you guys are ok Cobey. I guess the old 3/4ton Chevy will now be a daily driver? :)
Speed feed is a great head for a straight shaft. I might worry about a curved shaft with the added mass. Mine said straight shaft only on the package. They have 2 sizes. I have a big one on my honda 4 stroke and hate to use any other trimmer now.
BTW I did pull the shaft from a stihl curved shaft weedeater and put a generic split shaft in place. Now I can run all kinds of attachments. I think it was a fs36 I got for $1 with a bad shaft.

I wrecked her car this spring, I hit a cow in the dark, earlier this year,
In December I ran the g6 off the road
On the ice and hit soft mud and weeds
The g6 has squashed many dead and
Live animals . I got it when a old lady
T boned my daily driver olds cutlass .

A double bevel file as Matt said
You couldn't find a better teacher
Than him

I ordered new points for the Husky 65 from 'The Greek'. I'm surprised I could even get new.[emoji106]

In the meantime we will drag wet or dry thru them and try it out.
