I've learned disbelief of guessers in 14 minutes should have remained at 61° but it is now 60 so the warm night may cool lol

34f now and had a thunderstorm overnight. Gage shows 0.28" but it seems heavier than that. Supposed to be heading out for Gavin's Point Dam (Yankton, SD) for a job starting at 9:00. Haven't decided if I should chance it or not. Showing ice/snow covered to the north of us.

Best rain gauge I've ever used, or seen. Had mine outside, all year long, for over 5 years now.

Edit: Must not be allowed to show a link from that site.......

Anyways, it's a Stratus Precision all weather gauge. It's pretty awesome.

.70 of rain here. Logging going slow over a big area. Least it keeps the walnut market strong! Good for the farming but it's hard on timber cutting.
