Now it’s trimmed to size. Fits really nice.
The headliner cracked in half, side to side, while wire brushing so it was easy to test fit. Now more fiberglass is curing where it cracked in half. With a little luck this thing will be completed this afternoon and reinstalled.
This is the 5th headliner I’ve recovered.

Yeah, I kinda messed up the hinge on the far side....but it went exactly where I wanted it anyway.
