I cook burgers & steaks with cherry it seems to work pretty well.I’ve used it several times in the past..
And YES, to the no bark..
Just don’t let it go much past the 4 hr mark..
Or it’ll take *s-word over... like a skunk at the garden party... works great with pork though, as long as ya don’t get all carried away an *s-word.
Something bout pork and fruit wood..
