I ordered another barrel of b/c oil awhile back & told Dale to just drop it at the shed whenever no hurry. He called yesterday & said they don’t sell them anymore because there was a lack of interest in them so he sold me a pallet of cases for the same price. I guess I won’t complain, it was delivered. I was hoping to catch the fall oil/grease sale but they weren’t having one this year.

Speaking of bar oil, tractor supply went up on bar oil, it was $8.99 at $1 off. It used to be $4.99 and $5.99 on sale!!!

The cheapest on I saw was $16 gallon up to $75 gallon.

Tractor Supply (40 mi) here starts at $10, Menards (80 mi) was around $6.50 plus taxes at either. I also would have to travel to get to those places.

MFA delivers at no cost & accrues towards dividends at the end of the year. I don’t see it going down anytime soon so it can sit till I need it.

Amazon, that funky cover on factory carb will bolt on the chicom walbro style carb , dill adjustment holes in side of saw so you can adjust.

Here's a tip , take coil off and file the hole on it to add a little timing. Or file the key , really wakes them up

I've done 5 or 6 for people, gut muffler as much as you can as well .

I have 12 in bar on mine and I use it 95% of the time , it stays in a case in my Ranger

Also drill out tank vent and run hose to carb area and use sthil tank vent , that helps as well.

More convenient over time and less expensive by the gallon. 2 1/2 gallon as much as 3x1 gallon, 5 gallon price just $1 less than 6x1 gallon.
I enjoy mathematically challenged signage like the ones which state 2 for $X "each" which show up once in a while.....a bit conflicted.

Everything has gone up so I shouldn't be surprised. I stopped in McDonalds drive thru about a month ago, I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, nothing else. When she said $4.79 I said "Are you serious?!?!?!" Won't ever eat breakfast there again...

This was on the local news the other day, our natural gas bill is going to double this winter. They said if you're currently paying $90 a month, this winter it will be $175 a month.
This is bull$hit. We're the largest producer of natural gas on the planet, or were until numbn$ts took over. But then, if you raise prices on all other forms of energy, guess what? Suddenly solar and wind is the cheapest thing around.
Science had better figure out warp technology fast.

It’s been $2.99 here for some time now, actually for about 3 weeks diesel had been the same or lower than gas but now diesel has gone up.


On a different note as far as the Green Deal : I have been saying for years that these wind turbines are having an affect on the weather patterns: changing low level wind currents which in turn is effecting storm patterns & tracking not to mention they don’t promote tree planting & growth because they have a negative impact on wind currents. My wife told me tonight that she just read an article about it tonight.
