That is definitely a problem.

And this will only get worse if they require OTR CDL drivers to be fully vaccinated.

If they get this mandate through you will see a mass exit by many of the old drivers
I personally know.

Maybe some of the young drivers also? I don't know any.

Yes, if they ram the mandate thru for CDL drivers they can have mine, not that I am young but just a CDL holder. I don’t need it to haul grain anyway but I would imagine they won’t stop at just CDL’s, eventually it will or try to include any drivers license or drivers permit.

Alpina starts easy, runs and cuts. [emoji3526]

My book shows 1 7/8 LS and 7/8 HS for the carb.

I thought that was bullchit so I set it 1 1/2 x 1 1/2. [emoji848]

Turned out too lean on the Low and pig rich on the high. Just blubbered to no end in the cut.

Reset it to the book and things got lots better. Now at 2 & 3/4. Even idles well now.

We may need a new clutch spring.

He wears a Remington cat. 1016 roller nose bar. (21” in layman’s terms).

From what I understand reading up on this is that only 6 were originally built. None of which exist today. These folks found the original blue prints and specs and built this one. Took 10 years, I think.
Amazing.

We have not been told anything about mandated vaccination yet. From what I have been hearing though there will be a big fight with the union over it and may become grounds for a strike. As long as I have my insurance one way or another, a strike sounds like a good idea.

Our local 53 IBEW doesn’t want it but the international has it mandated for the members of their staff already. The boilermakers and contractors at our local p&g went on strike over it here a couple weeks ago and last I heard this morning they had rescinded the mandate there

I’m in a 18 person text group with some guys from college. I didn’t watch a single play of the game. They are like a bunch of girls at a Justin Beiber concert when it comes to OU football
