Geez it poured hard. Street was a curb to curb river. When it rains that much I run for the shop to make sure it's not getting flooded but everything was good to go. It hasn't flooded in years but I still get nervous when it's this much at once.
Several years ago I figured out that the rain off the back of my house was a large contributor to my flooding problem. Rerouted the down spout to the front of the house where it goes to the street.
Let the city worry about it then.

Been watching the NCAA Wrestling Nationals in St. Louis. Some bad dudes. Spencer Lee, from Iowa U., is insanely good; maybe the best at any weight class in college. Will see how he compares to the rest of the world soon, as he is on the Olympic team.

Well to start with the article is subject to a lot of skepticism since it came from a university in Comifornia. Personally I prefer beef with some grain in their diet not totally grass fed, Mo better marbling & flavor.

Best part of today was finding out 6-1/2’ steel posts were on sale. I replaced the bolt once & it broke again, I took the detent valve apart, springs & balls went flying everywhere. I was able to locate everything but one ball . I got maybe 1/2 cord of wood split. Tomorrow is a new day, 2 of my nieces have soccer games, there is a mountain oyster fry tomorrow night so that’s a good thing.
