Glad I have full coverage, cause I'm sure it won't be a cheap fix.
It will need everything from the fan forward.
We were able to add water a couple times to make the 22 mile trip home without overheating.
The deer got the worse end of the deal.

Glad it wasn't any worse. I've seen instances where people roll vehicles swerving for deer. Being able to drive home after smacking a deer, is about as good as it can get, after smacking a deer..............if ya get what I'm saying.

Had a good day today. Went East and had a pizza. Road around with Alan and the boys while they did chores this afternoon. AJ is a wood splitting machine, I'm here to say. He split up a truck load of wood in about 30 minutes with a Fiskars.
I just stood and watched. I was being a good boy. Then went to the house and listened to the whole tribe talk about everything under the sun (all at once).
Then got invited out for supper. Best day I've had in a long time.
Tired now, but that's what meds are for, right?

SIL totaled his pickup. It was a nice 1/2 ton Chevy I drove it to Chelsea and Fort Scott.

He has his sights set on a 3/4 ton Dodge w/hemi. Leftover 2019 model.

Its will use 1/2 to 3/4 more in fuel but it will pull any thing you to city dwellers will hook up to it.

Was just reading up on the 2019. It has something I don't like. Every time you pull to a stop it shuts the engine off. Restarts when you let off the brake. I know almost everything now has that feature, but I still don't like it.
Maybe Sawnami can shed some real world experience with it.

No offense Carl. But, what kind of person needs a co-signer with a 50% down payment on a 40K vehicle?

And, I have a friend with a plumbing business. All he uses is Dodge 3/4 tons, most of them gassers. He swears by them. One has over 300k (350 IIRC) miles on it and still in service.
