Scott builds such a stout 661, it’s gonna be hard to “one up” it with a stroked version.

Exactly. The stroked 661 does have the cool factor, but if I wanted more than a TM 661, I would just have a ported 395 (by a short list of porters). I can appreciate what went into the stroked 661 though; pretty damned amazing if you ask me.

I have no plans to do much to the 661 at the moment, I can wait to see how those strokers fair over time & compare to other builds. I would rather get my 5105’s worked over first anyway. I have had a couple people back out on firewood so that has put a crunch on my play funds.
Let Carl warm up the 5105 you won't regret it.

I have come to hate Hedge trees..

It’s like pickin a fight..
And getting your ass handed to you most of the time. Although since I started using my pole saw to start with it’s been much more betterer. It adds a little bit of time but my work clothes last much longer & I have to answer far fewer questions to Mama Bear. “No honey I wasn’t trying to make out with a wildcat.” No honey those aren’t fingernail tracks on my back.”
