Morning everybody .
It's really nice out.
Going camping tomorrow at Tablerock State Park with the kids and grandkids .
When my 3 children get together, there's no telling what's going to happen . I just sit back, watch and laugh. It gets even better when there's gasoline involved.

A pair of waders and a trout permit and you can try for some below the dam.

Tiny Rapalla or 1/4 oz Little Cleo on 4# mono with an ultralite spinning outfit.

Might try that. We're only about a mile from the dam on the south side. Id have to see about getting that stuff .What I've got right now would be comparable to paracord and a grappling hook for fishing. :)

I hope this doesn't gross anyone out:

My wife was able to get all but its head. It is clamped on so well, that it is bleeding, but won't come out.
Did you get that critter out yet?

I went down to the local clinic. The doctor numbed my mouth, and after a couple tries, he got it pulled out.
He said it was a first :)
Did all the nurses come in to look at it?

Had it been stuck to your ass or scrotum, they all would have...

Went to an auction today. Friend told me that they had some old saws, so I had to check it out. Got all this for 33.00. Got a bucket of bars for 5.00 and didn't realize the bottom half of it was full of chain. Varied from worn out to brand new. Even had some usable half inch chain. The old saw is a poulan 45, I hadn't seen one of these before. The rest are just parts saws.View attachment 140678 View attachment 140678

What is the big gray one?

We did 22 hours straight last year from my uncles place and hour north of Los Vegas and I can tell ya I wont do that again.

I drove by myself from Ogden Utah to Sorrento B.C. One day in 2005, on two hrs sleep. 1200 miles it was. A layer of bugs in the hood like I’d never seen. Montana has too few fuel stations.

Never again on that. The border guy kept harassing me because he thought I had a gun with me. I think he was bored at this remote crossing. He let me go finally, because the car was so full of rock climbing, camping, and bicycle gear. Me no like Canadia too much, no sir.

Went there for my step brothers wedding,

Wow what a bummer.
Nancy says it’s probably an army ant soldier, which in some parts of the world are used to close wounds instead of stitches. The ant bites the wound, the doc pulls off the body , and the head stays clamped in place. Not terribly sanitary, but quite effective. Yeesh what a terrible place to have this. I hope you can get it out soon!
