I just saw another truck rolling through Iowa City with a toy tractor strapped down like that. Not the same truck though, it had a black tarped load.

I do not know.
They have a chart for each of the different wheel-base and body lengths that let's you know what you are allowed.
Ours us 170" WB, and 289" OAL.
