Morning everybody .
Coffee time .
While they have ups and downs, blood sugar and weight are on a downward trend .
Started this new road a week ago at 225lbs and blood sugar out of control.
Weighed in this morning at 212 in my skivvies . Blood sugar yesterday high was 167, low of 126.
Getting there.
:)

It's an '09 Mercedes Sprinter.
We have seats in it for 12, along with a bed, and lots of luggage room.

I have developed an interesting problem this morning.
At around 4 this morning I took a drink of water from my little Coleman cooler while I was driving. Immediately after my drink I got something caught in my throat. I thought maybe it was a shell from the sunflower seeds I had been shelling and eating. After 2+ hours of not being able to clear my throat, I finally stopped at a gas station and went and looked in my throat with my flashlight.
I have a large black ant that has latched onto the back of my throat with his pinchers, and refuses to let go. Even after a whole cup of hot coffee, and several rice cakes...
Apparently he was in the nozzle of my water cooler when I got a drink.
I still have not found a way to get rid of the feller...

Red Bull? It's pretty acidic. Maybe he'll give in then.

This is called "Blocking"...
31 has the ball.
#9 is fixing to ruin #24's day
#34 is the QB looking to lead block through the hole..

Nice...
Yeah that is to much team effort for the pros to accomplish.
