It is 309 miles from 2401 Cranberry Hill Circle, St. Joe to 5237 Milburn Road, Oakville.

Used to make the trip every other weekend in my youth.[emoji6]

Cousin’s house in Kirkwood was a tad closer.

Four hours twenty minutes if I pushed the vet some. And, had the CB radio mounted up.

Yeah, it would take quite a bit of gasoline. Best of success getting the logs moved!

Thought the easy way is to win the lottery. No one did so that didn't work out. However; in regards that retiree with a 4' x 5' burl ; I saw some free hand CS cut Australian burl yesterdayIMG_20180908_125253.jpg
Threw a pic to the gents friend and he may be okay with it. I will be also if we can share the slabs

Went to an auction today. Friend told me that they had some old saws, so I had to check it out. Got all this for 33.00. Got a bucket of bars for 5.00 and didn't realize the bottom half of it was full of chain. Varied from worn out to brand new. Even had some usable half inch chain. The old saw is a poulan 45, I hadn't seen one of these before. The rest are just parts saws.View attachment 140678 View attachment 140678

We have some middle school punks roaming the neighborhood causing trouble.

Check the video footage at the school across the street. It points directly at our driveway.

Yes, both of them..

I think they went 1&2 in the “Over 5 cube” class.

And won the loggers class.

We had good runs all day; saws running good with good change overs other than I hung a muffler (on upcut) on the cant in the alky class, which I didn't have a chance to win anyway.

Me: 3rd in 3 cube gas (346), 3rd in 4 cube gas (365), 3rd in over 5 cube gas (3120)

Butthead/hole: 1st in 3 cube gas (346), 1st in over 5 cube gas (3120), 1st in loggers class (3120), 2nd in 4 cube (7900), and a 3rd (can't remember what class)

Loggers class: run any work saw with round chain.

1st place: $100
2nd place: $75
3rd place: $50

Gramps did buy dinner and gas since he was swimming in money. They gave away a 661 for the overall winner. Gramps was 2nd by only 2 pts!!!!

Congrats fellas! Sounds like you both had a good day racing.
