We do have .035” piston crown clearance sans base gasket.

We had .060” on the Farmertec 365 with gasket.

What about the shed makes you need a permit? Are you running electricity to it? Or do you need a permit to build any structure?

In Topeka if it's under 12x15 you are good to go. No problems unless you live in one of them fancy goods with a HOA.
