Ely and I just killed that turkey..

He was so heavy we had to hang him upside down and process him like a deer.

He was one fat bird. Over 50 pounds.
That's what happens when a domestic turkey gets unlimited feed for 6 months.
A 50 pound turkey? Hope it fits in the smoker.

No idea...
How we like to cook it is cut it up into cubes stick it with a toothpick put a sweet Vidalia onion slice on one side and a jalapeno on the other and put half a slice of bacon around it all. And we put strawberrys seasoning on it. Its kinda like a season salt but way better. Put in a pan and grill until the bacon is done. We also love our doves like this as well!

Sounds good.
Very! We use that on turkey dove quail chicken pheasant. Last year on opening morning of dove season we had around 800 birds on the grill between the hunters and we cooked a little over 100lbs of potatoes to go with them. It's a national holiday at my house.

Nothing like going from days to nights (for a night) then back to days. Thankfully after working last night into this morning, I'll only work tomorrow and Wednesday days, then off to Carthage with Dad!!

Question for yall. Looking to buy a sliding miter saw. See 10” craftsman single bevel one on the bay for $160. How much work does the double bevel save over the single bevel?
Thanks
Yall have fun this weekend. Wish i could come. Be safe
