Evening everybody .
Taxes are out of the way.
That's a relief .
But found out our tax guy is retiring.
Sold his business. Staying on long enough to do taxes for his regular clientele and let them know he's gone. He's done our taxes for better than 20 years.

That sucks. I have a new tax guy, I think he’ll be fine. Lot better than going to places like Liberty tax service. That was a ripoff.

Today I busted up an old toilet and tank, and put the pieces in two styrofoam Omaha Steaks coolers that my sister sent me the past two Christmases. I knew those bulky things were good for something. I wrapped the lids on tight and put them in the trash can.

Around these parts that wouldn't of lasted an hour by the trash can.

I was thinking the same thing, Wayne .
When I want to get rid of something, and its not close to trash day, put it on the curb. Gone by morning .
:risas3:

My neighbors had their bathroom redone a few years back and they set there stuff out. Some pulled up and started looking at. I ended up helping them load the vanity and toilet just to get it gone.

H&R Block tax software. Been using it since 2004.[emoji106]

Fill in the blanks and hit print.[emoji108]

Of course, it gets reviewed by the brother in law who is a CPA.

It sat out there for two weeks. It was a low water usage American Standard, which I got at the Habitat Store when Nancy and I got married five years ago, thinking I was going to add a bathroom in the basement. Now the plan is to add on to the house, and I want to get a Mansfield with a big flush hole designed to handle toy cars and dinosaurs, and those outsized teenage boy bathroom creations...

Main thing is that it's gone now. I am trying to learn that it's best to get building materials when I'm ready to use them, rather than buy them cheap and store them in my small yard for years, while I procrastinat on my projects.
