Hell yeah right brotha !! Pulls over a little angrily when it’s cold but starts with a half pull when warm. Comp is around 180 🤪

Decomps are for the kids 😂
My favorite saw. This one has been ported by Scott Kunz, has 210psi and advanced timing. Starting is not for the faint hearted or weak shouldered.

Hello Wayne! I'm doing good thanks, and I trust you are too. That pic is actually from 4 years ago and yes it was great (and extremely hard) wood, all gone (and burnt) now though!

So you are burning the wood in the "beast", not selling or delivering it. Nice.

I meant how long do the totes last you? Totes are pricey around here.
Going on 10years with a few of them still like new. Don’t be in a hurry running the forks in as you’ll crush those corner supports. I keep them off the ground 4-6 inches so they don’t freeze in.

$10, that is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prices are all over the place around here; $40 to $150

Thats way too much! Feed companies, canneries, black top (sealer). One of my best locations I found at the recycling center as they dumped totes…I contacted them and pickup for $5 each We Cut the bladder up and drop off in the class 2 recycling dumpster. Everyone is happy…. It takes a little work but you’d be surprised on how many items comes in totes. Who stripes your road? Waterborne traffic paint comes in totes.

Helped my Brother In Law cut some leaning poplars down behind his house today. He was all kinds of worried they’d fall on his house when they got cut down and he wanted to rope them to be safe. I told him they were leaning away from the house and he said “naw it’s the hill playing tricks with your eyes.” I was in a feisty mood so I told him to leave the rope dangle from where he was tying it on to the tree and who’d’a thunk it the rope hung on the side away from the house. I said nothing, he said nothing but Pops piped up and said “so I spent 15 minutes looking for this stupid rope for no reason!?” It was great fun 😂

I got a little this morning. Five dead standing oak wilt trees. Check out the widow maker in the pics. I was by myself and I would be standing under it while making my back cut. So I left the tree alone. I used both my scarr 550xpgs and my Tree Monkey 400c. I blocked everything at 26" for a owb.

I got a little this morning. Pretty much a repeat of yesterday except my son came out with me and we got a little white sh*t on the ground. More dead standing oak wilt trees. We used my scarr 543xp, my scarr 4350, my XS 400c, and my Stump Shot 572XP. Everything was blocked up to 26" for a owb.

I did split those last three rounds, and I did just now finish with the cleanup.
As of now I have not a single log siting in my back yard!

Oh yeah, it started snowing about an hour before I took that picture - about an inch now.
Merely the second snow this season we had so far.

Now I need to build another rack (similar to the one to the left, just bigger) and stack that split firewood!

I hate stacking firewood!
I may just build an enclosed rack and toss the split firewood into it.

First run of the bucking table/trailer today.
IMG_2930.jpeg

Going to run some of this mess through. A wood service guy dropped it off and I’ve been dreading processing it as it’s all different lengths with random branches still attached. You know, typical wood service guy wood lol.

Load it up !!!
IMG_2935.jpeg

Four grapple buckets produced two totes. Took just under an hour and I’m not sore anywhere. I really like this setup !!

I got a little today. I took a vacation day and despite the high winds I figured that I'd go out and cut some boiler wood. This has always been my favorite thread on this forum. I've posted many of my failures on here over the years. The first tree went fine. Well the second tree not so much. The wind was blowing the top around as I was trying to drop it. Well I got pinched. I did get the tree down and blocked up. I laughed at myself walking back to my truck to get another saw to drop the tree.

I apologize for multiple posts but I can only load so many pics at a time. I ended up dropping, limbing and blocking up 6 trees today. I used my scarr 4350, my scarr 543xp, my Tree Monkey 400c, my XS 400c and my newest scarr 572XP.

Keen eye !! That's a 1984 Grand Marquis. My Grandpa purchased it new and I purchased it from him to be my first car. I have a built 302 waiting to go in it one day. Should be fun again. The current 302 decided to pop an inspection window in the block. Handy to see what's inside but not so handy for driving around things
