Windsor 58A chain, half worn, filed with an Archer FastFiler roller guide (custom made rollers, but stock roller dimensions).
The chain came to me as a gift and had been ground, the rakers are set too low but that will settle with another sharpening or two.

Knotty turkey oak

Straight grain turkey oak

I made more custom rollers, polyurethane, for the .325" guide.
I need to cut them out and finish by hand.

Did I ever mention that I LOVE these guides!? :)

That plastic, polyurethane, mills really nice!
I feared it would melt and stick to the mill bits, it didn't.
The surface texture after milling is very smooth.

One could say that "I am on a roll"! ;)
Bottom roller replacements for .325", 3/8"P and 3/8"

They aren't as pretty as the Acetal/Delrin ones I made, but I think they'll do just fine.
To be considered prototypes due to a new plastic used, no idea what kind though. Kinda feels and looks like nylon.
