Noticed after a visit to the "other site" that the OP of this thread was packing a partially assembled Chinese 440 to send to another member to finish the assembly and report back.
Would that member also be a member here -- one part I read was that there was some type of problem along the way. Anyone got any inflammation about this? :p

yes - that its & I like it. The jonsered parts for these is so high I could buy a complete saw cheaper than I can buy the parts. I like that top cover better than the 272 oem

Looks like they may be making MS660 clones and 070 clones -- did you glean that from the video as well?

edit:

Wondering if the Gentleman could tell us how many overseas companies are cloning the MS660. This is not branded "FarmerTech".

Another question:
Is there anyone else that has posted on this thread that has a MS440 clone in their possession that can share some insight as to how the build is going?

Not sure how many are selling it. Most of the pieces are probably being made in the same factory.

That really is a sharp looking saw. They do make a point of saying that it is fitted with a walbro carb from Japan. That should solve most of the carb issues that afflict these saws.

Going to the Craftop or Kingpark sites; it's just hilarious how many variations they have on these saws. Craftop has what looks to be a MS380 clone but lime green where the orange usually is. It's just endless, and impossible to keep tract of.

Is anyone buying these saws, beyond the 58cc in the other thread? Kingpark also makes a 372 clone. These saws could be an option for guys who don't want to assemble the kits, but what different rules apply to buying an assembled saw vs a kit? If they all ship from China to your door, what's the difference?

Apparently he is growing his base of "disciples" as he calles them....:) Can't imagine what that Cool-aid must be like! Sorry, my absolute last "Bed Tee" posting.. Even with the ignore function...I see the arguments in the OTHER folks posting! remember that Monty Python "Spam" moment??

Time to move on.......

A local fellow bought a pile of these Chinese 562 look-a-like saws....of course with the covers off its pretty much generic stuff you see from over there. He actually asked if I would try and blend the "non" auto tune parts of that saw to his customers 562's......can't make this chit up..:)
