Was $130? Iirc at a pawn shop.
Gonna throw a fresh .325 at the 346 and cut a couple cookies with it today.
Not a fair comparison with the 500 running full 3/8, but both have similar compression.
Ran my buddy's EC ported 346 yesterday. Yes it was impressive, but my stock one sure revs up quick.
500 just had that Echo torque I like though

Have you ever noticed this short circuit between the transfers? I'm thinking some JB weld needs to go between the ports to keep their flow separated.

If I knew it was there before hand I would have put epoxy there. In the sink water would leak significantly into the exhaust side transfer from the intake side. I figured it worth a try to plug the gap between the cylinder and caps with epoxy to blend the transition.
