My neighbor who cuts wood with me will be running this saw this fall. I'll see how it breaks in

Randy ported a 660 cylinder and had these folks cast it to his ported #s and shapes

I just did it for our sponsor, HL Supply. Bruce dealt with the casting and plating people.

Do we get to see how it runs with a good tune?

I'm sure they will lean it on out after a few tanks.

I'd like to have one of these Cross Performance cylinder and piston kits, but I don't see the part number on line.

Please help a squirrel trying to get a nut .........

Lemme know how much to send and who to send it to so I can play with one of these .….......................please

this ms660 in this build thread is still running well. Its not mine so I don't get my hands on it often but I ran it this weekend with a 28" bar buried and it ran well. I'll grab another video of it someday when the snow is deep, and there is nothing else to do.

i handed a few of these out as samples on Saturday at Moober Field in Tennessee, hopefully the guys who use them will chime in to give up opinions.
Dave

I got one of those Dave. Thanks a heap.

I put it on for a for a feller that blows up everything saw he has had. All of them stock, overworked with a dull chain.
I schooled him a bit on mix choice and chain sharpening.

It is still running fine. He is very happy.
I check with him about once a month.

I liked the way it ran on initial fire up and run in.
