I use a round double cut but I've only found them in 1\4" shank so I chuck them up and turn them down for a foredome handpiece. 1\4 are cheaper than 1\8 most of the time so I do that a bunch.

The actuall burr would be larger in diameter also, I could see how that would help in fingers and some other areas.

I buy grinders from Rio grande and burrs and other crap also. Pretty good deals from them.
Cc specialties is the only right angle to get,I've tried the cheap ones and they don't last a month.

Fwiw Chris, the harbor freight flex shaft grinder fits the 182 ra. The straight hand piece on that flex shaft sucks and is a bit large.

I took the flex shaft apart and oiled it well. Its much smoother now. Its due for a cleaning and relube.

I just bought the 3/32 collet for my right angle handpiece from CC.

My ass still hurts from the price.

But....

You can use cheap 3mm grinding stones made by those with slanty eyes with the collet. I can get a 50 pack of small stones for $20 on Amazon. Pays for itself.

This is a good one that not too aggressive to learn with in the exhaust and intake. Its double cut and with a light touch wont remove too much at once. A buckeye single cut alumahog will remove lots at one time if left in one place with too much pressure. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=161405059014&alt=web
