I'm with ya. Mind you I just tinker but I would be broke. Never attempted fingers save that for the pros.

I'm seeing the tips being the most critical part.

I have near zero experience, just thinking flow.

With mine, I ran a caliper for the entire length of both to get equal tunnel depth. I used a square ended round carbide cutter to finish the tips evenly. If you hold the handle at the correct angle, you can get a perfect hemispherical tip with a 30* entry angle. I'll see if I can dig up a closeup.

Of course, the way I did it may be a total waste of time, who knows.

I needed a minimum of a 6 pack in me to have the balls to do it.

I can see where a cylinder burr would be nice for the ends of these. I used two cut off wheels stacked, as Mike suggested for the tips. I broke the plating with a diamond round burr and finished them with an egg shaped carbide.

Randy i cant even fathom doing these in ten minutes. You should video that.
