So here is the Case Volume

As many of you know it takes great time to setup to do this kind of work,
So I will not be setting up cylinders with cases to take volume measurements.
I would really like to have the time to do so, but it's just not feasible.

Flat out awesome work. Them crank stuffers sure do shrink the crank case volume. What’s the verdict? Are you going to build the hybrid with or without stuffers?

Looking at the pictures he has the equipment to bore it and sleeve it.

Try boring the 272 jug for an iron sleeve. I'd try to keep .060 wall minimum. .080" would be ideal.

Run a stihl 066 piston.
