image.jpg As many of you know it takes great time to setup to do this kind of work,
So I will not be setting up cylinders with cases to take volume measurements.
I would really like to have the time to do so, but it's just not feasible.

Flat out awesome work. Them crank stuffers sure do shrink the crank case volume. What’s the verdict? Are you going to build the hybrid with or without stuffers?

Off to Rummage though a Pile of dismantlement saws at @ a Closed Saw Shop this morning.
Owner has told me to bring Buckets & Boxes with me.

I wonder what I might find?

Dibs on the echo stuffs.

Looking at the pictures he has the equipment to bore it and sleeve it.

Don't get me Started!
LOL
A 54mm would be a squeeze FOR SURE.
Cases aren't very thick Walled.
What would I need for a Cylinder?
&
What's the Stroke?
Try boring the 272 jug for an iron sleeve. I'd try to keep .060 wall minimum. .080" would be ideal.

Run a stihl 066 piston.
