Stihl RS 84DL You say?84dl 24" 3/8 .050 Stihl RS.
Good point Wilhelm. I will check it over a little better to be sure. But I did cut another slab with the chain like that until I realized that something was wrong. LOL
Once I realized what I did I stopped.

Yeah, that loop is shot.
Send it to Sondre and he'll dispose of it properly.

No You don't . . .Jeff, I have cutters and drive links for that. I’m happy to replace anything that may be broken for you.

Good man.

I am glad Archer works for You.I’ve been running Archer semi chisel full comp on my ported 590, 6421 and 7900 in some dirty wood. Initial stretch is more than Oregon but I’m very pleased with how it cuts and holds up. Price for a 100’ reel was also a plus, I have no complaints. And I agree with @Wilhelm, Tri Link is best used in a furnace to forge knives.

When I tried my Archer loop I was bucking semi dirty oak logs, the chain stopped self feeding quickly and I am not one to generally utilize a saws spikes as a remedy for a dull chain.
Maybe the Archer chain(s) I have are duds.
They are both full chisel , but they are not the same.
