You paid $25 for a Big Bore kit! Heck, $25 wouldn't get you a pair of rings in Oz.
Huztl website is cheaper than ebay here do they ship to you guy's.
prices before shipping charges 2.93 50mm or 52mm piston and rings 50mm cylinder kit with piston 12.86 52mm kit 20.66

its possible farmertech is outsourcing to hyway... ??
I've only used maybe two hyway cylinders if memory serves they had the goldish plating don't know who supplies what but my saws came from different sellers and were the same.

Like your enthusiasm Czed,Makes me want to start a new project:)
These thing's are fun after some 30.00 mods porting or not 50mm or 52mm cylinder kit and a round intake boot and a clamp the 365 is square they have some serious grunt.

I rebuilt a 372 for a fellow one time and it took him a few months to get it paid for so I got to use it some,I was sad when he finally picked it up.
I've rebuilt several 365/372 over the year's always liked them but i had my 288s but no full wraps handlebars for them after i dislocated my right shoulder and being left handed i use these all the time now I'm just a firewooder now I'm hoping more guy's try these out they are a great bargain and cake to mod.

If you can't get stuff tell me i will check shipping to ya.

Thanks, I've got everything I need right now (well, I wouldn't mind a Dolmar 6100). I'm taking my BB 372 out tomorrow to do some more cutting, gotta get the wood in for winter. I only use the 77cc saw for the big stuff, so I'll probably be using one of my smaller saws for most of the work.

I'll send you the modded carb for the 77cc kit, it will give you a bench line to evaluate your own carb mods, just PM me with your address. I know the carb that came on this saw was very weak down low, yours could be the same. If it is, you'll quickly notice the difference in carburetion with the modded carb.

Here's a little info if anyone upgrades these 365s to 372
It's easier for me after muffler removal 2 4mm 2 5mm allens
Then to unhook the throttle cable fuel lines airhorn rubber mounts and choke lever the 4 4mm cylinder allens and remove it as a unit
2 3mm to remove carb.20170329_192017.jpg

There are some differences between 365 and 372 china saws at least.
the intake is square on a 365 round on a 372 so a boot and clamp are required the wrist pin is shorter on a 365 for some reason i put the longer one in could have saved weight but i didn't and trimmed the circlips they were hardened and had good tension i bought metal throttle cable plates from huztl plastic on the originals it's much easier to seat the carb the plastic ones flex.20170329_193926.jpg 20170329_193223.jpg 20170329_192514.jpg 20170329_192155.jpg

Looks like I spoke too soon. After sorting through a bunch of butchered up carbs, I couldn't put a carb together, then I remembered I had sent a working carb to a bloke in Oz for his new Chinese saw.

You may be able to get a modded carb to try from Poleman, although I understand he's having trouble getting the twin jet carbs to mod. I'll send him a PM and see what he's got.

I'll get one worked up...
Just PM me your address and specifics of saw. Let me know your elevation also and if that's where you'll be running it mostly.

Like Terry said been a bummer finding twin jet carbs other than OEM's.

Thanks but Is there another aftermarket carb that can be modded that you know of i haven't got my bit's in to work on these yet.
And i don't want to short you a carb lol i had a box full of takeoffs from a husky dealer but i used them up on customers saws over the years.
