Very nice gains and also very interesting ... I have questions!!!

So, that is a "double big bore"??? (AKA 460 Big Bore)?

I presume it is an AM jug???

Make???

Also very interesting that peak horse is about 1,000 RPMs less, must be a torque monster!

I wonder if it is the carb or transfers that are limiting RPMs.

I'd be interested in knowing any details! (Bridge ports, etc).

Thanks!

Bare minimum, just the general 100,120,82

Little bit of widening.

Farmertec 460bb

The stock 044 prolly had a bit more duration.

It would prolly make a bunch of power with a higher exhaust.

Still turns 13.5k+ easy enough.

Very impressive gains on that graph. What is the stock displacement and the 460BB displacement to get an idea about the % increase in displacement.

No replacement for displacement is an old guideline, but still rings true.

So a 15.5% gain in displacement, but the gains in power far exceed that.

It just shows that a % here and a % there adds up, in fact it is more than cumulative. If you add 15%, then mod that to give another 5% you are also adding 5% to the extra 15%. Keep it going, 3%, 2%, etc. and pretty soon you are looking at a dyno graph like that.
