Well been holding out.

Finally got tired of cutting wood.

Wanted to share my new tool with the class.

First few runs after getting everything all calibrated.

This has a built in weather station, to keep track of temp/humidity.

Those are the sae corrected numbers. Very close to the 660 book specs.

Last week's project making the "bench" and jackshaft.

This is a 30hp rated waterbrake, 17k rpm

Have A 2:1 reduction. Helps smooth out the runs with low tq saws.

Adjustable power head rest with a thick rubber cushion.

Designed it to work with Any power head I could think of. Even raise up enough for belly pipes.

If it can run a std 3/8×7 rim I can run it on the dyno.

Thoughts?

Two thoughts.

1. why didn't you do this sooner?

That's awesome Joe. I'll have to send you a Mac 125 to see how it does.
Yessir.

Made the mount the big stihl 14mm slot. With the small stihl tail profile.

Everything has to run a 3/8×7 to keep my ratios correct.

But I did design it to hold the fattys...

116cc of echo. Can clamp it almost 45* while still keeping everything in line.

Any of my junk is available for benchmarking Joe. I'm an hourish away. All I have still stock is a 2171. Limiters still on the carb. If it helps. Or maybe I just want a beer and brat day watching Cole's saws. But seriously the Johnny is all stock...

For sure have to send some invites out to dyno day...

Who likes dumping chips, and having to file chains anyway...
