If that meteor box is for this saw ,i think the pin bearing spacing on those is the width of a 12mm saw ,and when use on a 10 mm rod the pin bearing can walk out more than it should .Jeremy did a thread on them once .

The OEM 10mm has much larger windows.
Before I noticed the pin boss discrepancy, I was opening the windows on the Meteors to match the OEM on all the 10's I built

I grind most of the piston away anyhow so the windows don't bother me.
I'm gonna make some shims

They actually run real good with just a stock muffler too. Pre-EPA muffler that is

Hi Mike

I put @Canadian farm boy maxflow filter on mine and it woke it up even further beyond the HD2 w/ DP Huztl muffler.
It really is amazing what just the HD-2 + DP muffler does for these. I had the 10mm at the GTG and @huskyboy had the 12mm at the GTG. Both saws in mint condition.

If I can turn the one I brought to the GTG into my saw (it's a friend of a friend's) I would like to send it to Jason for some love.
