064 cylinder comparison

I'm gonna try 102 124 78 first, if I don't like it it's easy to change.

The last one I did was 100 123 79
And runs fantastic

Mine was at 100.5 124 78.5.

The finish on the ports is 180 grit on the intake and 400 on the exhaust. I don't go past that. I use to Polish the exhaust but gave that up a long time ago

How do you measure port heights Jim when you are grinding ?

Layout lines can disappear quickly so I start by grinding a small notch right to the line in the center of the port to establish the height. The rest is a matter of shaping as you blend it with the notch.
