Oh64 or 066?

I think Definitive Dave had a thread showing the difference, the triangular indent is what I call it. I also believe the 064 was 5mm cylinder bolts and 066 is 6 mm cylinder bolts

According to the ipl, there were 066 models made with the same flywheel side case half as the 064.

Early 066 had short cases also like the 064 Im thinkin

I don't ever recall the 64 and 66 to be identical. There were some differences

As far as case goes? I don't know, might be wrong. I know that both of them had the dogleg coil so had to have the same bolt pattern with 3 holes. Not sure about the oiler..Maybe it was a little different...

I have never seen a 064 flywheel side without the indent, if anyone has pics of an original 1 without please post.
