Round two with the big 'ol pig nut hickory. I'm glad nobody else wants to mess with the big stuff, just my crazy arse. Of course not everybody has factory hot rod dolkita and 394xp. Finally fitted up the new to me 32 inch es light bar to the 394... good times. The big bonus was that it was a slow day for the tree service and I got to make use of a dingo and a dump truck! Winning!

My current project - cleaning out a bunch of dead standing chestnut oaks. I've gotten about 12 trees on the ground, taken 1.5 mbf in saw logs and now working on blocking up the tops. About two cord in this stack so far (it goes back 9 rows) and at least one more cord on the ground waiting to be bucked. Life is very good.

Is that Speeco splitter modified? It looks like a lot bigger engine and relocated to boot. Did you do that?

It is a Huskee 35 ton and yes I moved the motor onto the drawbar that I replaced with a foot an half longer box tubing. It's a 12hp that came on it

Well I got bad news Friday, found out I have a hernia...sll these years lifting all types of things and it happens now......waiting to talk to a doctor and see what I can do..... I got to much wood to get to go threw this!!!!!
