Well I got bad news Friday, found out I have a hernia...sll these years lifting all types of things and it happens now......waiting to talk to a doctor and see what I can do..... I got to much wood to get to go threw this!!!!!

Man I'm sorry to hear that. My dad had one in his navel and he said it was the worst pain he's ever had. He waited to long to get it fixed not wanting to miss any work and would put it back in himself when it would pop out. Long story short he was lucky and they got it fixed but they aren't anything to play with. Get the sucker fixed before it gets bad and get back to it healthy.

Oh man, sorry to hear that. Don't know how I'd cope, this is my stress relief. Hope you heal well and quickly. Take care of yourself my friend.

Neighbor stopped by yesterday had a top blow off a dead ash asked if I wanted it ? So one driveway down and twenty minutes later almost a truck load. Man that MOFO 360 runs good, what a difference having a ported saw. @dfr256IMG_3113.JPG IMG_3114.JPG IMG_3115.JPG

I have no idea what's on my Husky (Speeco) 35 ton, it's a B&S, but it's rated in torque not HP, I think it's around 9-10hp. The Super Split Special Edition that will reside here shortly is 9hp, but I have a lot more faith in it's ability to pile up splits quickly and likely using a lot less fuel...

Haha I sharpened all my chains got bored one day and went back through them all again. The other saws are clean enough to eat off of and my gas oil supplies are topped off. I'll tell you what gave me a kick in the sack today the doctor tells my I have arthritis in my shoulder lol. Apparently the look on my face showed what I was thinking. "Ain't no way I'm not old enough for that crap". She looks at me and says it's not uncommon in people your age. My age what's that supposed to mean :flaming:

Ya when the lady told me I had a hernia I about fell over.... I thought all the stupid *s-word I have lifted in my life (I am 31 years old), my day job is fairly easy these days(finally), and I have been cutting wood since I was old enough to start a saw.....

Honestly I am still in shock....I don't like doctors, pills, needles, surgery.....I would rather get knocked out than get stuck with a needle.....

This just sucks.... I am glad I have a chain grinder, and I have been ordering parts for saws that need rebuilt, so hopefully I will manage!!!!!
