Got my 394 in the mail yesterday. I’m going to start milling hardwood in the near future and figured this would be a good Saw for the size wood I’m working with. For now I’ll give it a good cleaning & inspection, MM, BG delete and call it good. I’ll do some port work on it eventually. Excited to finally have a 394!!!

I just may do some extra work while I have the cylinder off. Might as well take advantage. Just have to get a couple other projects done then I’ll be getting into it.

A new bench for my new blasting cabinet.

Have a few older cream-sickles on the bench.

045 got a base gasket delete, new jug and piston (52mm). Muffler mod next. Will bump the timing, too.

048 is getting new piston and rings, gasket delete, muffler mod, and some new plastic.

044 is a red lever slant fin jug (Mahle) 10mm. Base gasket delete, muffler mod, timing bump, HD2 filter for this one.
