Summer chainsaw finished, got a few new parts….case, fuel tank, top cover, handlebar, start cover, brake flag, oil pump, clutch, boot hda1999, etc etc.

New handle ordered. After scraping a few layers of crud off...weird bashed in section below the oil cap...which was crushed.
Gonna strip it all down but not splitting the case to look for any other damage.
At least I was able to straiten the bar
Half hr or so just to chisel out the oiler from the black concrete.
If you have a heat gun or hair blow dryer with a low setting and hit your jbweld just after pouring it in you can get the bubbles to rise out ,most times.

Did that, but, this is Marine Tex which seems to flow a little better with heat than JB. I also didn’t really care how it looked…the owner sure won’t, lol
