My walk behind mover was constantly plugging the throw out hole, I took the blade off and realized something was missing.
Ordered a new OEM blade to replace the factory original one of 12 years, the difference is like night and day.
Much more "wing" to throw the grass out on the new blade, must have worn off on the old blade!

New blade mounted.

The "throw" is insane now, it really packs the collecting bag tight and full - mover didn't plug a single time.

Welder buddy came over and we got the patches welded in and the front baffle reinforced. Blew some red Rustoleum on it to stop rust. Tomorrow I'll flip it over, power wash the top and prime/paint the patches to stop rust. New bagger bags installed on the frames as well. Not very pretty but functional and will last the rest of the mowing season.

Well, another bench completed! This one is Hickory, and a bit twisted and patched, but it has very unique live edge, and the legs are "flat" and she is solid as a rock!

If my older Daughter likes it, it is hers. Otherwise, I'll just bring it up to the cabin, can always use them up there.

Painted, spindles and tensioner pivot greased, new belt installed, belt guards on, deck reinstalled and tested! Works excellent now. Also finished up my friends FS85, new OEM carb installed and adjusted. Runs excellent.

Buddy's 036 will be tomorrow evening. Was complaining of hard starting. Getting a new fuel line and filter, impulse hose. Gonna play with my new Mityvac to check the tank vent as well. Mowed the lawn when I got home and it does excellent now that the deck is repaired.

FS85 with bike handle serviced and tested. 036 Pro fuel line filter and impulse hose replaced. Started easily but wouldn't tune and couldn't get it to four stroke at WOT. Quick shot of brake cleaner around the intake revealed leaking intake boot. Ordered boot. Played with new Mityvac to test fuel line filter and tank vent, passed with flying colors.

What's on my bench is everything but chainsaws, we're getting ready to move to a new location and I have emptied the work bench drawers and put everything in boxes. I even went out this week and bought a trailer which is full right now. Next week we start hauling the stuff out...This move is getting me a little behind in the chainsaw rebuilding however. I have at least 5 to get done so I hope the customers have a little patience..
