I’ve been a busy boy on this Solo. Here are some pics of it’s fuel tank after a repair I made.
Tank is almost full of gasoline (not mix) and no leaking.
I’m seriously contemplating this color for a saw like this? Should I do it?

Sounds like a good plan! You going to go over the swap? It's another SP-125, this one is bored .030" over (Saw-King bored the jug before he sold his Sunnen hone) and has a NOS 101AA .030" over "quick-time" piston.
It runs pretty good so far but I'll probably chop up a tank for it and install a V-4 Sloper intake manifold with the Horstmann "V-Max" reed cage and a Tillotson
HL-334 carb.

Ouch!!View attachment 229098 **note to self** NEVER EVER run this saw with the clutch cover on unless there is a bar & chain installed. I could hear it was too noisy and I just sat there on my butt and watched it. Been a long day and up to now a productive one.
it didn’t cut completely thru, thank God. But it cut really deep.
Is that just a bit of sealer in the hole, on the flywheel side forward/front bolt hole or are the threads a little funny?Pulled it apart and found leaky gasket. Cleaned/oiled everything as needed. Decided to clearance the case on the PTO side even though it wasn't an issue but the jug did seem awful close to the case so now it won't be. Gonna skim coat the gasket and bolts with sealer, put it together and pray!![]()

Wow I gotta see inside the drawers. You must have a lot of spark plugs.Cleaned up and organized the bench. Did more cleaning and covered the 340/346 while waiting parts.![]()
