Can’t get right.
Name that movie.
you have my vote!Or maybe my first husky...
Got the 2159 about licked tonite. Just some final buffing and im calling it good. I have no base line to test off of cuz i toasted the piston the first time in a half of a tank cuz of a bad carb. No rhyme or reason for the way i ported either. No timing numbers wer takin. I feel i colored inside the lines OK, not perfect. My first one. BGD should be the only change. Not planning a timing advance unless strongly suggested. Just went off of pics and sugestions over the months. Just some good old grinding fun for science
Once i get it together ill post some videos and let the good people of OPE be the judge to whether i did good or u may see me chuck it in the woods! FLMAO!!! Im open to sugestions or ridicule until i seal her up. Thanks fellas! View attachment 157493View attachment 157494View attachment 157495View attachment 157496 View attachment 157497

It is smaller than the intake. I thought the same thing. Ill measure the difference later. All i did was go about 1/4" each way from factory openings. The piston skirt wraps pretty fAr around so 1/4" is very conservative. What is the width of the exhaust? Looks a little small in comparison to the intake.
I have a wheel from when i built my car. My question is how does one fix the wheel to a saw without hitting saw case or parts? is there some adapter u guys use? Does it go on clutch side or flywheel side?I check timing using degree wheels I print off the internet. If your stock #s are good, you should be good, but sometimes intakes are way off. My most recent MS440 BB jug the intake was at 63 (w/o base gasket), I moved it to 78. Stuff like that can make a huge difference.
1/2 inch drill chuck is what a lot of guys use. Even 3/8 works, that's what I have.I have a wheel from when i built my car. My question is how does one fix the wheel to a saw without hitting saw case or parts? is there some adapter u guys use? Does it go on clutch side or flywheel side?
1/2” drill chuck and mount it on the pto side so you can use the FW to turn the crank.I have a wheel from when i built my car. My question is how does one fix the wheel to a saw without hitting saw case or parts? is there some adapter u guys use? Does it go on clutch side or flywheel side?

Trouble visualizing. Hate to be a pain but do u have pics in action. Any vids ive seen is usually str8 on so u dont see behind the wheel only the front....1/2” drill chuck and mount it on the pto side so you can use the FW to turn the crank.
