Got this 201t in trade from a guy who said it wouldnt pull the chain like it should. Well, I'll start by changing this...

Did a MM to it, changing sprocket and inspecting bearing, maybe a timing advance. Only thing I cant understand is it gets up to 13.1k then back down to about 11-12k dry. I heard these things came with a limiter. I'd like to get it up to 13.5k at least.
