Someone enlighten me on doing a muffler mod on a makita 7900 ( dolmar 7910).
If it has the slr uncrimp the outside & gut it.

5105 mufflers come apart fairly easy without heat. Not sure how similar they are to the 7900 though.Naa I'll heat it up and open the crimp if I had to. Just hoping someone had a way to do it without splitting it.
