I had one Husky 238SG where the PTO's inner race was oversized, took me some time to figure it out. Luckily the early owner could tune a saw so the top end was in a decent shape.Check and make sure the pto bearing won't slip on by hand. I kept one to put together for me and the crank is undersized on that side[emoji54]
Sorry, just don't have the time to bust cases apart and check cranks right now. Also, didn't know one of the cranks was bad, but knew the bearings/seals were not good.
I think I got a good crank in a case that was crushed, but will have to check it.
He also has 44" and 60". But he likes his 20" and 24" felling with 395's 394's 3120 too.
385 390 dont have enough grunt for him with even a 20" 24". How I got to buy the 385 off of him.
Pic is his side work gig firewood too.
