Got the 03 Honda XR650R running today....lotta work in that...new clutch basket..bushing...clutches....fuel system...service. Runs perrty good.
Also got a couple push mowers running and serviced today.
Ended the day working on a Honda EU2000I
It's definitely generator season, I have three EU2000Is in my shop right now.
Low oil switches go bad on these?
Mine runs great, but cuts out on low oil til it's warm, then it will run all day.
Not usually Dan, when you are filling it with oil ignore the "dipstick." Just fill it up until it is at the top of the fill hole. You might not have quite enough in the unit when it's cold otherwise.

What are those quad jugs on the upper right?
I wish I even knew what a 261 jug looks like, but I don't!!!
I would guess it looks like the bottom one, and the one two above it to the left!
On the good side...
346 xpg oe year 00 who looked to be a hard used saw from the outside, and I knew it needed a new slug, it was more nice inside then I had expected

Dunno how many of them I've seen like this, but it's to many! Out of what I've seen I prefer to mount the bellow on the jug first, then partition wall and clamp, then finish the rest of the boot, it's the only way I know the boot is installed 100%.
