Put a brake flag on my 2071, I did a 2171 a while ago, an interesting observation, after doing both, the new brake flags wont work unless you bend the little metal arm for the brake, the brake flag wont clear the saw case otherwise,, must have been some changes some time. I know that the 2071 did not have a bent arm as I got the saw new. I bit of a pain in the butt. Here is a picture, I marked the tight clearance areas . The arm is inside the flag. Now gonna put new seals in a 066.flag.jpg

Here is the other freebie,,660 number 2, new piston seals 064 muffler, it was a pain as it needed some small spacers on the lower screws had to grind down some small nuts,,have a muffler coming, lots of scrounged parts, its the one from the left hand side in the pic, fired after 3 pulls, a little tune and she is good. Must be time for a miller,,,

Here's a hl supply golf 600p piston all you guys hate.
I've used many golf pistons over the years.View attachment 54017
I had a golf here a little while ago that I put in a saw 10 years ago, the pin came out and left a small divot in the ex port but was not bad enough to not reuse..
