Here is what I use it's a small clamp on vise I had 20 bucks in it will clamp on a 2 inch thick bench and easily removed

how do you like that 2 in 1?

Wish I had one of them. I actually looked for one for a while. But I had the vice pictured laying around as an extra, so I put it to use. Do you have a link to a place I can buy one for $20?

yes i like them i dont use a grinder anymore and rarely i use my granberg bar mount

Husky doesn't have a good information about 246, most think it's just to knock 246 p&c on any of those 42/242 crankcases, but it's not.
42 Special, 94 vs 97 crankcase diameter:

Glad to see you using those I felt kinda nerdy but they have help me out alot on for now I just need a vice. Oh I have a 026 on my bench. Cant believe some one is trustinge with there saw lol.

I have seen most 200 group saws Tor but the 246 i have never seen...dont even know of anyone with one . Be interesting to learn more.

its not written much about those 246, there isnt many of those in Norway either Simon.
Problem with Husky is that they do not change part number even if there is significant changes.
For the record, the crankcase with smaller diameter is one 42 year 94 week 31, the one with the bigger diameter is one 42 year 97 week 21.
To bad they stole my 242 year 95 as it would had been interesting to size it up

Jim...as far as i know the Poulan 6000 was based on the Sach Dolmar 152 (early) -153 .

Yeah you need to pull parts off more than one dolmar saw to build this particular one with the solid black plastic rear handle which only the 144 seems to have.
