Update:

I brought that MS 461 back to the tree guys today, and explained how I put the nut in there to fix it, and they were so happy about it they sent me home with two more to fix with the same problem (both 461 used by the same guy). He must just be heavy handed with tightening that bolt!

(The Loctite PL Premium held that nut in there just fine, that stuff is strong).

Hopefully, I can just use the EZ out on these 2!

Right on @MustangMike We use that adhesive to glue carpet tack strips onto concrete. There's constant sideways tension which wants to leverage the strips up and that's the glue that I trust. Also great in a lot of hardwood flooring install and repair applications. I had a coworker glue a bumper back on his car with it, good stuff.

I have also used it to repair some top covers, filter covers, and chain covers. With large pieces missing from the chain covers, I put some aluminum flashing on one side and just fill the remaining void with the stuff. Seems to work very well. I use a wide chisel to spread it kinda flat. I don't care if it's pretty, just that it works.

For bonding metal, I sand the surfaces and dampen them before applying it (I use a wet cue tip).

Left handed drill bits are your friend when drilling out broken bolts. If you don't have any they are well worth the investment. Irwin makes a nice extractor kit that includes a good assortment of them.
