All my tools has been in a mess, thought I should get system in my porting tools&burrs.

My 076 is back on the bench
It has had an issue where it would warm up then decide to idle at a different speed every time I came off the throttle.
I stripped it all down today and found that the throttle linkage on the carb throttle butterfly shaft is stuffed and lets the butterfly move by its self.

I tried to fix it but killed the shaft in the process.

Does anyone have an old Walbro WS carb sitting around gathering dust?
I just need the throttle shaft.

Its a WS-26
You can see the dodgy repair someone else has tried in the past.
I attempted to flare it to lock the linkage up but bent and buckled the shaft

I picked one up a while back. I wasn't impressed. Ran it twice and it sat. So I sold it. Never did open it up, I guess I'm fortunate!

I now know why they were discontinued!!
STIHL couldn't make any $ on warranty work
