I take it very slow Dan, step by step system and ideas. Thought I should make so it will be effective when I start to port.
Maglight is quality but I hope to find a smaller style, pen style flashlight (2xAAA), but if can't find quality I'll defently go for a maglight.

Steamlight has several pen light sizes to choose from. Some are very small. Streamlight is pricey, but good quality. Mine has been washed in the laundry twice and still works like new. This one is 2 x AAA

When working inside I generally use a LED head lamp, but when that is not enough I break out one of my rechargeable lights we use on the bikes at night, more than bright enough, and never needs batteries.

I own several made by Cygolite and am very pleased with them. They also stand behind their products, the mount on one broke when I was riding on a rough road, and the light ended up in never never land. I called them, and they sent me a new light, no questions asked.

Got a T540XP that lost its impulse line and stuck the ring, high hour saw so getting a complete reseal along with bearings and ring, a 272XP that I put a new to end on, waiting on a new oil tank vent ( it POURS!!!!!) A 51 getting a new 55 top end, and a 039 getting a new clutch drum along with tank vent and just in general going over, all for the same tree service. Oh, and his 385XP is in for bearings and seals as well. Also have a pair of BR 600s for a take two and make one, a Husqvarna 580 BTS that needs a new coil, a Husqvarna 326 HD 60 that needs new knives and rods in the gearbox, a Husqvarna 36 that needs the entire fuel system replaced, and an Echo PPT 260 that needs a reseal and new rings. Oh, and MY HT 75 needs a reseal and new rings, and I still have to find time to put the engine back in my Walker MTGHS. AND my buddy's Walker MTGHS that I sold him just ate the time delay modgule. So really it's kind of slow right now. :BangHead:

View attachment 28774 Finally got the new oem top end installed. Pressure and vac tested. Generator, flywheel, and heated handles installed and new xpg carb assy all courtesy of @Tor R
Added a xpg decal. Then fired it up and got it to start idleing. Next will be getting it into some wood and see how she does.
Nice looking saw there:thumbup:
